| The "Tennis Performance Centre" at the University of Bath has
chosen DOE on 3 successive occasions for its tennis court installations. The latest contract recently awarded is for a new 8 court indoor hall due for completion during autumn 2003.
The Centre has again chosen the GreenSet GRAND PRIX Cushioned Acrylic tournament surface for which DOE have been the exclusive UK installer since 1991. Ron Flegg, the DOE director who's been responsible for all 3 tennis projects at Bath, said he was delighted to be back at this outstanding development and tournament Centre.
DOE's first tennis project at Bath was in 1995 constructing 8 outdoor GreenSet GRAND PRIX Cushioned Acrylic courts for the Junior Olympics being staged at the University. These courts went on to win an LTA "Tennis Facility of the Year Award" later that year. The Centre was so impressed with the quality of this outdoor facility that they chose DOE again in 1997 to install the courts in their first indoor Tennis Hall.
