Tennic Performance Centre chooses DOE.TENNIS PERFORMANCE CENTRE CHOOSES DOE
August 2003

The University of East Anglia has chosen DOE for their latest tennis project - a "design and build" contract for 12 outdoor courts with floodlighting and high specification fencing on a site which offers some interesting technical challenges.  The DOE VISCOUNT 65 outdoor courts will be a welcome addition to the outstanding facilities at the SportsPark which can already accommodate 36 different sports and activities

This is the second time the UEA have come to DOE for their tennis surfaces and, for this complex and prestigious project, they wanted a Company in whom they could have total confidence.  The project teams from UEA and DOE are looking forward to working together and more news and photos of the projct will appear after the site has been opened up later this month.

SportsPark is widely acknowledged as the leading sports site in Norfolk and, possibly, in the whole of East Anglia.  Disabled access is readily available and if you would like more information on SportsPark and its outstanding facilities please click on the link below.

Work is also proceeding apace at DOE's other large University project at Bath on the new 8 court indoor hall due for completion later this autumn (please see June 2003 Story of the Month for further details).
